Is Solar AI-Q a CRM?

It includes a full CRM - pipelines, two-way SMS, email and calling, e-signature documents, invoicing with Stripe and Xero, a mobile app and unlimited contacts. But the CRM is the foundation, not the product. The product is the operating system built on top: the integrations that connect your tools, the automations that move records without human hands, and the AI team that works the pipeline around the clock.

Do we have to replace OpenSolar, Pylon or our job management software?

No, and you should not. Those tools are excellent at what they do. Solar AI-Q connects to OpenSolar or Pylon with triggers that fire the moment a proposal is sent, viewed or signed, and syncs jobs with Simpro, AroFlo or ServiceM8. Your team keeps the tools they know; the system closes the gaps between them.

What does the Solar AI-Q Hub actually do?

It is our proprietary integration layer - the plumbing between your systems. It listens for events through real-time webhooks, updates every connected system when something changes, retries automatically if a connection drops, stores your credentials encrypted, keeps audit-ready logs of every data movement, and runs your build in its own isolated environment. How does implementation work and what do we need to do?

Core includes three structured 2-hour onboarding sessions plus approximately 12 hours of back-end build and customisation by our team. Complete includes four sessions plus approximately 24 hours of build and additional consultant hours. Your side of the deal: show up to the sessions, share how you sell, and give us access to the tools we are connecting. We do the building; your team gets trained on using the system, not constructing it.

What is the real difference between Core and Complete?

Core covers the front of the pipeline: every lead answered, qualified and booked, with Piper, Sarah and Sol on the team plus one proposal integration. Complete adds Andy for proposal follow-up, Liv for customer support, a job management integration and deeper scheduled reporting from Sol - sales and service automated end to end. Considering two or more of Andy, Liv or job management on Core? Complete includes all three plus more - usually better value than stacking add-ons.

What happens to the data in our current system?

We migrate it. Level 1 ($225) covers a single templated CSV, Level 2 ($490) covers cleaning and enrichment of messy multi-source exports, and Level 3 (from $990) covers API extraction from a live legacy system. Data migration is included in Enterprise. Your old quote list is often worth real money - it is exactly what Maria works with for reactivation campaigns.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Every package is a one-time setup fee plus a month-to-month subscription, AUD ex GST, and you can cancel anytime. Core comes with a 14-day free trial and Complete with a 30-day free trial. We would rather keep you with results than with a contract - which is how we hold a 98% client retention rate.

We are not a solar company - does this still fit?
